BG3510-5-US

The Artivion BioGlue® BG3510-5-US is a sterile, single-use surgical adhesive supplied in a prefilled 10 mL dual-chamber syringe with standard applicator tips. It combines purified bovine serum albumin and glutaraldehyde, which mix during dispensing to form a flexible mechanical seal independent of the body’s clotting mechanism. BioGlue is intended to supplement conventional methods of bleeding control, such as sutures and staples, during open surgical repair of large blood vessels in adults, including the aorta, femoral arteries, and carotid arteries. It is not a substitute for sutures or staples and must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
