The Baxter FLOSEAL® ADS202110 is a sterile, single-use 10 mL hemostatic matrix supplied with RECOTHROM® recombinant human thrombin. It combines a bovine-derived gelatin matrix with recombinant human thrombin and includes applicator tips and mixing accessories for preparation and delivery to the surgical site. The prepared matrix is intended to assist with surgical bleeding control when ligatures or conventional methods are ineffective or impractical, excluding ophthalmic procedures. It requires preparation before use and must be applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
