The Covidien Spacemaker™ Pro SMBTTOVLX is a sterile, single-use access and dissector system combining a blunt-tip trocar with an oval dissection balloon for laparoscopic procedures, including extraperitoneal hernia repair. The balloon separates tissue planes to create an extraperitoneal working space, while the trocar provides a port for insertion of endoscopic instruments. The system features a clear cannula for visualization and an integrated design that allows the access and dissection components to be used together or separately. Use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
